Discover how the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita offers clarity, inner strength, and practical guidance for a woman’s life today—through a gentle, accessible short course. We are so happy to have Sue Brown, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Maharishi Vedic Science, Maharishi International University, in Iowa, USA lead this course while she’s in Australia. She’s from Melbourne but has been teaching in the USA for decades and is an expert on the Bhagavad Gita.
We are continuing our tradition of giving women trained in the Advanced program known as the TM-Sidhi program the opportunity to come together for an inspiring and deeply nourishing weekend rounding together at the special time of Navaratri (9 nights of Mother Divine). Over this period, feminine qualities of Natural Law are enlivened: purifying, energising, intelligent, nourishing, protective, and evolutionary feminine power—supporting both inner awakening and outer harmony. Meditating together at this time will help us contribute a positive effect for world consciousness.
The seminar will include: An introduction to Maharishi Ayurveda and the theory of the doshas, How to use the cycles of nature to improve energy, digestion and sleep, The importance of diet and digestion for maintaining your optimal weight, strength, emotional balance and vitality, Learning to do self-pulse reading, and Ayurvedic tea tasting.
