About This Event
We are delighted to welcome Dr Grace Pei, a Transcendental Meditation teacher with a background in Western medicine and clinical research in new drug development, and a deep interest in traditional, holistic approaches to optimized health and wellbeing.
In this session, Grace will explore how health is supported through good daily rhythms and lifestyle - drawing on perspective from Ayurveda alongside insights from modern health research. She will use simple, everyday reflections on how living in alignment with nature’s rhythms supports the body’s capacity to restore balance.
Grounded in personal experience and ongoing study, this talk is practical, accessible and relevant for women at all stage of life.
The session will conclude with time for reflection, questions, and open dialogue.
