About This Event
Bringing Balance to Thought and Behaviour in an Uncertain World: An Introduction to Maharishi's Health Promoting 'Rasayanas'.
With Heather Lorenzon, Maharishi Ayurveda consultant for over 30 years and Candace Badgett, co-founder of the Raj Ayurvedic Clinic in USA (recording).
We'll cover Maharishi's Behavioural Rasayanas, which help improve mental and emotional wellbeing and relationships with others.
What if the most powerful nourishment for life is not just what we take in… but how we live, relate, and express ourselves each day?
In this special monthly group meditation, we’ll explore Maharishi’s Behavioural Rasayanas—timeless, practical principles that gently refine our behaviour and uplift our consciousness, supporting greater harmony, happiness, and fulfilment in daily life.
Through the deep rest of Transcendental Meditation, these beautiful qualities begin to blossom naturally from within—enriching not only our own lives, but the lives of those around us.
